I was looking for a travel mug and this travel mug met my two main needs: first it was bigger than most travel mugs and second it had good reviews. Many reviews also mentioned that they didn't melt for a long time when put in a cup. However, in my experience I found that apart from the cup size, none of this was correct. First, the ice melted instantly, and much faster than in a non-insulated mug, which was really weird. The drink then immediately warmed to room temperature as I read that other people had experienced the exact opposite. Anyway, after first use I made arrangements to return it to Revane.
