Ice tea stains on a pink shirt.

Good points. My problem is learning to drink from them without a straw. I have tea stains on the front of my shirt from drinking straight from a glass with the lid closed. Do you give drinking instructions? Do I have to remove the lid to drink? Maybe I need a leak proof mug. And I can't tell how long the drinks stay cold.

Definitely not what I was hoping for.

Bought this mug because my old thermo mug was dead. It was the size and shape I wanted and it was transparent with a white lid. I used it yesterday and the condensation was so severe it formed a puddle of water on the table and melted the ice much faster than my old mug. I am very disappointed and he will be back.

I like it a lot, but the remnants heat up easily - then they are difficult to remove!

Vinegar and water and/or baking soda and water (mild detergent only!) or clean water in the microwave which I have found has cleaned my glass but cleaning pads can scratch them. This small problem with the additional cleaning measures reduces my enjoyment of the product. However, so far I like it for beer and soup. My drinks stay cooler longer than regular mugs or non-double walled glasses and I cook soups well in the microwave.

quality, quality, quality. And it's not made in China!

Thank goodness. a thermal mug that is not made in China, as very rare. That's why we found this and bought it. The quality is excellent. We use for coffee; keep it HOT! So attractive! Washes/dries perfectly in the top rack of the dishwasher. We bought 1 more of these and also a smaller one with a handle (and will be buying a few more). The only thing we have to watch out for is that we fill our cups. Since the top of these cups goes into the cup, we had to learn not to fill them to the top and…

Really disappointed

I was looking for a travel mug and this travel mug met my two main needs: first it was bigger than most travel mugs and second it had good reviews. Many reviews also mentioned that they didn't melt for a long time when put in a cup. However, in my experience I found that apart from the cup size, none of this was correct.
