Thank goodness. a thermal mug that is not made in China, as very rare. That's why we found this and bought it. The quality is excellent. We use for coffee; keep it HOT! So attractive! Washes/dries perfectly in the top rack of the dishwasher. We bought 1 more of these and also a smaller one with a handle (and will be buying a few more). The only thing we have to watch out for is that we fill our cups. Since the top of these cups goes into the cup, we had to learn not to fill them to the top and also put a lid on the sink, just in case.
