Review on Nielsen Assortment and Space Optimization (ASO) by George Miller

I like that you can see what products are selling, which ones need more space in order of popularity so we know where our inventory is going wrong! It's helpful when it comes time to plan new product releases as well - knowing how much room there will be helps us figure out if this release makes sense or not before putting too many resources into building/manufacturing them!! We have had issues trying to get ASOs right but they do listen very quickly once things go south. They also tend towards being rather slow moving sometimes compared other companies who seem quicker than expected from their website information! But all said & done, its been worth sticking around because most problems turn up during implementation anyway even without an understanding of why something isn't working correctly yet.
