I ordered this monitor after doing a lot of research on Revain in the different models available. It arrived the same day I ordered it, in perfect condition and the packaging protected it well during shipping. I connected the monitor to my MacBook Air 2020 M1 and it really is ready to use. The three-foot USB-C cable easily fits on the other side of the computer where the only ports are. I plugged it in and voila! The monitor turned on immediately and with a few very simple adjustments I had an additional extended monitor for my use. I work a lot with spreadsheets, often I have to switch between two at the same time. Having each sheet on a separate monitor is a godsend. The screen is nice, bright, and easily customizable, as are a range of other settings, including resolution. I want my text to be a bit larger for this 76 year old's eyes and I was able to tweak the lower resolution I usually use on my main monitor so they look exactly the same. Moving windows on both monitors is very easy and works great. I zoom in on the screen quite often to read smaller text, and was happy to learn that the same zoom shortcuts (CTRL + scroll forward with mouse or trackpad) work on this monitor too. I also love that by using the ports on the monitor, I can simultaneously charge my computer, connect external USB drives, and EASILY transfer data between them. Very diverse. The case that attaches to the computer is relatively light, but extremely durable and well built. I have my computer on my lap and have had no issues or concerns about the screen/computer falling backwards due to the extra weight. It fits very well, and perhaps my only complaint is that it's quite difficult to stretch the case on the sides to install it on the computer cover. It's very durable, holds tight and the padding protects my computer case well. The description says 4 speakers but I only found 2. Maybe that's a typo. The speakers sound good, but nothing special. However, they do their job when I'm 1) watching a movie on this monitor and 2) working, watching, or writing on another. I can also hear monitor audio through my computer's speakers, but not both at the same time (as far as I can tell). It's an "either/or" situation. I've also found that I can optionally connect my iPad wirelessly as a THIRD monitor for simultaneous use if the situation ever arises, e.g. B. to do video editing from time to time to keep myself in check as I have been doing this professionally since the mid 1990s but retired in 2009. Overall, I am very satisfied with this monitor and would highly recommend it.
