Review on Facilio by Sean Webb

Facilio is a great asset and maintenance system and is very easy to use. I think the system is very outdated and is a bit clunky. I would suggest updating to a more modern system, like Asset and H&S system. Facilio is the asset and maintenance system I use, and I can schedule, track, and run reports on the system. I can use the system to keep track of assets and inventory. I have a system to schedule out maintenance and repairs. I can track assets and repairs, and I can run reports on costs and asset information. The ease of creating reports with our own customised fields is great! I dislike that it's not as easy for us non-techies to create these reports ourselves - we need someone who knows what they're doing (and how much time/money). We've been able to solve some problems around tracking equipment in remote locations which was previously difficult due to lack of visibility into stock levels at those sites.
