Description of Facilio

Facilio Enterprise Asset & Maintenance Management application stores and maintains data about your company’s assets, facilities, and inventory. You can use this information to help you schedule maintenance work, track asset status, manage inventory and resources, and analyse costs. The Facilio software suite can be configured to meet the needs of a variety of different businesses, including Office Spaces, Hotels, universities, and other such commercial buildings Facilio helps companies to improve the availability and performance of their revenue-generating assets while decreasing operating costs, without increasing safety issues. The application lets you: 1, Record service requests and all related records and communications from the initial request to problem resolution. 2, Track work orders and failures to better schedule preventive maintenance. 3, Track inventory use to find optimum stock levels. The goal is to maximize availability of items for upcoming work, while also reducing unnecessary inventory and associated carrying costs. 4, Track purchasing of inventory stores and materials for work orders. To assist in creating budgets, you can use facilio to track costs for labor, materials, services, assets, and tools used to complete work orders.

Type of review

The most useful feature is that it allows us to keep all our property documents in one place which makes things much easier for staff who are responsible of managing properties across several sites. It also provides easy access to reports so we have better visibility into what's going on with each site/property. I wish there was an option where users could set up alerts when something changes or needs attention at their respective locations - but maybe thats just me being picky! We've been…

The ease of setting up our business is one thing that I like best with facilios platform as it's very user friendly for new users who have no previous experience in managing their facility management system! Their customer support team are also great at solving any queries or problems we may face while using the software. We were looking forward towards automating some tasks such as booking service visits but due its cost factor there wasn't much benefit realized from these upgrades yet though…

Facilio - Useful but could be better

Facilio is a great asset and maintenance system and is very easy to use. I think the system is very outdated and is a bit clunky. I would suggest updating to a more modern system, like Asset and H&S system. Facilio is the asset and maintenance system I use, and I can schedule, track, and run reports on the system. I can use the system to keep track of assets and inventory. I have a system to schedule out maintenance and repairs. I can track assets and repairs, and I can run reports on costs…

  • Easy accessability from all areas within Sage ERP X5 environment,
  • Data security measures are good enough when dealing external partners or customers., Good reporting capabilities through excel exports via standard report builder interface
Cons
  • System requires technical assistance by experts otherwise users will be stuck without help until an expert becomes available;
  • Lack support options during weekends & holidays
