The most useful feature is that it allows us to keep all our property documents in one place which makes things much easier for staff who are responsible of managing properties across several sites.
It also provides easy access to reports so we have better visibility into what's going on with each site/property. I wish there was an option where users could set up alerts when something changes or needs attention at their respective locations - but maybe thats just me being picky! We've been using facilios since 2011 as part of our fleet management system (at time they were called Fleetline) and still continue to do so today. They support more than 100 different vehicle make / model types including buses, trucks, vans etc.
