Don't believe the positive reviews like I do. I have a feeling many of them are fake. I bought it with my own money and am trying to save others the frustration of wasted money. A review that says it was effective on wheels that have not been cleaned in 17 years is not true. This rim cleaner is not suitable for heavily soiled rims with dirt and brake dust. I tried it on my bikes and it did almost nothing. This product does little to chemically break down all that dirt and brake dust. You will end up doing most of the work by brushing and then more brushing. Read some of the other negative reviews and they mention something similar to what I have. I gave it two stars because I used it to find a leak in one of my tires. At least it was useful, like soapy water.
