Wrong item and terrible customer service

Recently bought because my watch strap broke. Doesn't come close to a fit. Fits so tight my watch is trying to reset itself. Contacted support multiple times. Told me I could exchange it or get my money back but I would have to pay to send it back. Yes, let me pay for returning the defective item. I will never buy anything from this company again.
