I've read the reviews and I'm not sure I agree with the negative ones. There was a problem with the packaging that the seller was asked to fix immediately. Also, I put these cubes in a small jar and they work great. I can actually use them for a few drinks and they're still great. I can see where they can be ineffective in tall jars with multiple cubes since the basic law of physics applies which is that there is too much volume to chill. However, I fill a small glass with cubes and can pour a few drinks over the cubes and they work fantastic. It takes a few minutes to chill but it's nothing special and I use it like this for 3 glasses at a time. Great product, rinse to clean and a great alternative to regular ice. I would recommend. If you want to pour several large glasses, just fill it with cubes first. Several tall glasses take up more cubes. Really great product. Didn't want to write a review until I could test it. I would recommend.
