lightning broke. - Belt bags

I would like to exchange this item. Bought for vacation. I didn't go on vacation until February 14th and didn't return until February 25th after the scheduled return time. The zipper broke and the product didn't work. I lost a few bucks but luckily I didn't lose my passport. I couldn't return it in time because I didn't come back from vacation before the deadline. Is there anything you can do?
