Finally got around to installing them on my new truck. First, I like the idea of 3M paint protection, but I actually had a really hard time with it. I probably did something wrong, but I couldn't figure out how to position them to match the profile of the mud liners. It seemed to me that too much was sticking out. I tried moving them to a point where there wasn't that much left, but I couldn't get it to look right. So in the end I just decided not to use them. Let's see if it was the right decision. Let's get back to the installation. The front fenders fit perfectly. Nice and close to the original fender flares. Although it was very difficult to install the included spring clip. I was finally able to get it, but not without a lot of swearing and fighting. My big problem is the fit of the rear flaps. On the left side I had a gap of about 7-8 mm at the top. On the right side the gap was smaller but still about 4mm. I contacted Husky direct and they seemed very interested in helping me but the follow up was very poor. In the end it took several phone calls and emails to finally find someone who could help. They send me a new set for the rear. I hope the landing is as it should be. If yes, then I will change my rating.
