I like how easy it was to use compared to other AEC programs out there in terms of having multiple tools available so we could do different things using this program as well as being able to share information between all our departments. Also liked that some functions were not limited by department or user type but rather just open up the system for everyone's input regardless if they are an owner/operator, estimator etc.. It can be costly depending on what add-ons have been purchased (mainly training costs). We used red rino mainly because everything seemed more organized than my previous accounting tool which allowed us to keep track better of jobs done within each phase throughout construction life cycle of any given project we worked on. I like how easy it is to use. The interface is very user friendly. It is also very customizable. I am able to create my own templates which makes creating estimates a breeze! It's not as intuitive as some other systems out there. There are many features that can be used but aren't necessarily explained well. If you're looking for something simple, this is probably not what you want. I'm solving problems of time-consuming manual processes in our office.
