I like how easy it was set up by our sales rep (who had no experience in this type of system). The training took about an hour or so - not too bad! It's been very helpful tracking time/materials used throughout each job we perform as well as keeping track of invoices due dates etc., which has helped us stay organized when submitting bills at year end & quarterly tax reporting periods are coming around soon!!
