I like how easy it was set up by our sales rep (who had no experience in this type of system). The training took about an hour or so - not too bad! It's been very helpful tracking time/materials used throughout each job we perform as well as keeping track of invoices due dates etc., which has helped us stay organized when submitting bills at year end & quarterly tax reporting periods are coming around soon!! We've also realized some benefits such as being able to easily access previous jobs from within one window instead having multiple tabs open across several windows just makes things easier than before using other systems out there now-a days. Nothing really comes close yet but looking forward to seeing what others have come up with over all though they do seem pretty similar overall if anything i'd say its more user friendly.
