Hestra is probably the best glove manufacturer. The effort they put into their products really shows and I felt the investment was worth it. I see people buying this glove with the expectation that they will keep their fingers perfectly warm on 15 degree days in the city. They are not designed for that, but for outdoor sports in winter when you move A LOT and use your hands. I'm talking ski touring, ice climbing, cross country skiing, etc. They're thinner so it feels like you're doing it with your hands. If you use them for this purpose you will be very happy with them, they are among the best. Standing while waiting for a bus does not count.
