Worked well for HVAC repairs on my 4Runner. I had to use some adapters as they are only for R12 (adapters: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000JFHNEC/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_16). One reviewer noted that the lenses were removed upon receipt. Mine were too, but they're supposed to be removable, so it doesn't matter. The only issue I've had with them, and the reason I'm knocking them off the star, is that the connectors have these little rubber O-rings. I had these parts twice. The hoses have plugs for storage, but are still easily lost. If you don't realize they're gone, you're greeted with a big blast of freon leaks when you connect the high-pressure side. Otherwise they did a great job and now I have good and cold air conditioning in my jeep.
