not ready to drive

I was unable to view videos on two Windows computers and my MacBook Pro only worked with lower quality videos. Can't watch in 4k. X-rays and stills came out. VTL video format didn't work either. I called support. I kept getting this girl who was maybe ten years old and she said I'm sorry to hear that. I called 5 times with the same message. I sent the DVR back. very disappointing.
