I have been using water thread for a few years. When I saw this water and air dental floss I was very excited as it claimed to be soft on the gums. When I received the item I was very impressed with the packaging. This floss appeared to be very well constructed and the design gives it a very high tech look. However, I only gave 2 stars for this reason: 1. This device does not clean teeth very well. This device does a minimal job of brushing your teeth. I had the highest settings and tried again and again in the same places, but it still worked very badly. Every night I have to brush every tooth again after using this thing, what's the point? I can just use my normal thread! It also has more air and very little water, so you won't have a refreshing feeling after using it.2. Not very convenient to use. This is very tiring because you have to keep pressing the ON button all the time while flossing.3. The app is useless. You can download their app and connect the device via Bluetooth, but the only useful feature in the app is the intensity setting. The rest of the features just aren't very useful. For example, you can see how much water is left in the reservoir, but then why would I need to know when I'm flossing or I'm done flossing? All other intensity settings in the app are weaker settings that are useless to me. because even the strongest level is too weak to do a proper cleaning job. I'm really sad that I can't use this floss because I really like the look of it. If the company can't improve the intensity and make it more user-friendly, I wouldn't recommend it.
