POOR QUALITY - License Plate Caps and Frames
The size is basically correct. The longer of these screws were almost too short. The metal is also extremely cheap, the heads can be easily removed with little effort and the black paint comes off immediately. I didn't mind as my plates will be around for a while and I can take them off, but they are literally disposable screws. Don't overtighten them or you won't be able to remove them, but if you do, you'll need new ones for the next plate installation.
