The ease of use, it's quick to learn/easy for our staff at the front desk to setup new patients in minutes. I wish we could have an option to save patient profiles so that when they come back later their information is already saved. Also would be nice if you could add more treatment options than just check boxes. We can quickly get all info entered into one place from billing to scheduling and charting with this program! It really helps us keep track of everything needed during appointments as well as being able to easily share records between providers.
