After watching various YouTube review videos, the 3M brand Headlight Restoration System consistently receives high ratings. I chose this particular model because it has a drill attachment. I followed the directions and the results are amazing. A little elbow grease and time is all it takes. You'll need your own water-filled spray bottle, some microfiber towels, and tape. I can say my lights are brighter at night now. If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was new headlights. The only downside to this kit is that it doesn't include a seal to protect the lenses from yellowing in the sun, which requires a different product. This is a double kit, one of these kits (depending on the degree of yellowing/haze) will fit 1 car in serious condition and maybe 2 with light yellowing. So you can get up to 4 cars with slight yellowing with both sets.
