Review on NOVEX by Matt Bokil

As a life coach, I constantly suggest to my clients doing extensive research on a product before buying it. I regrettably had a negative experience with the NOVEX online store. Their selection of hair care products may look tempting, but they didn't provide me the results I wanted. I discovered that their shampoos and conditioners left my hair feeling dry and brittle despite their claims to use natural ingredients. The product itself was of poor quality, despite the eco-friendly packaging. Additionally, I was unimpressed by their customer service. I contacted them to ask about a return, but I got a sluggish and unsatisfactory response. Additionally, shipping times took longer than anticipated, which was annoying. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse the NOVEX online store. As a life coach, I constantly advise my clients to spend their money on high-quality items that provide the outcomes they want. Sadly, NOVEX fell short of my expectations.
