I had high hopes. We had 3 that broke 1 year ago. In the first week, the app showed that the offline clock needed to be reset, which removed everything. Now the camera doesn't work at all. Nothing but a black screen and constantly writes "camera stopped working". Both chambers have condensation inside and were NOT in or near water. We live in the humid south, but come on. Customer service told me to take the back of the SIM card to dry. Let's see what happens after this weekend, but it looks like a failure.
