I received the watch 10 days ago for my 10 year old's birthday and the watch strap broke but they will not replace the strap just because it has a built in antenna. So I did what any father would do and took it off. Definitely not an antenna, just rubber that has been molded. Apparently this will void the warranty and cost $100 to repair. I do not recommend this company at all.
