I struggle with lower back pain and it definitely gets worse from standing on a hard floor for a long time like we do in our kitchen so I bought this set of rugs are rugs While not as thick as I expected, they definitely help absorb the pressure when standing in front of a sink or stove while working in the kitchen. This relieves the lower back and prevents pain. We had no trouble washing these rugs as they are soiled with common household cleaners and still look new. I personally didn't like this pattern as much as the photos - obviously it's a personal preference, it's too busy for my liking. I used this kit in my workshop and everything was fine. Depending on what you're looking for, there are thicker anti-fatigue mats that absorb more pressure and perform better, but they're good quality and reasonably priced.
