The chickens broke them twice and now they don't even want to use them.

I've had to fix these things twice, a couple of times when my chickens tried to use them they broke. I had to buy a stronger (and longer) chain to fix it. Now they're just gathering dust, I think they're afraid of them. Also, the stick on it is too small for normal sized chicks.
