The quality of the physical assembly of the product is mediocre; but better than most made in china. Electronically readings fluctuate everywhere, PM2.5 jumps between 1:0.0, 1.8, 0.6 and PM10 jumps between 0 and around 3.7. The bar chart is pretty much useless as it is a fixed scale from 0 to 100 where you can't see readings of 3 or 4. I left it on until it stopped to check battery life. Microwaving the popcorn seems to have increased the amount of particles - there was a slight spike in the graph that I can't explain otherwise. The battery lasted about 5 hours. When I plugged it into my phone charger, there was no indication on the display that anything was going on. I turned the device off and on while charging for 4 hours. The battery indicator was still in the zero range. I tried another charger, one for my 10 inch tablet. After a few hours, the battery indicator hasn't changed. My final attempt was to connect the meter to my PC's USB port.
