Firstly I would like to apologize to the seller, I have previously given this product a low star but it is entirely my fault for not understanding all the setting changes that need to be changed in order for that to happen product works effectively. After I called our technician, he changed some settings on my computer and Viola! The headset worked without any problems. The moral of the story is make sure you have a techie in your corner, a techie, your kids, the niece's nephews. someone more knowledgeable in this world of technology.
