Fits my 1940 Royal Deluxe portable typewriter
Questions. As with any ribbon there will be a few dark and light spots but that is to be expected compared to a modern printer. I believe it has more to do with impact action than tape. I would suggest watching some YouTube videos of the installation as the one I watched was close but the direction of the coil was reversed. I was also impressed that this is an American company claiming on the package "We are owned and operated by US combat veterans."
