Works great for young children.
This is just awesome! I use them for my 5 and 7 year olds. Both grind their teeth terribly in their sleep. I had to cut one off for a 5 year old because it was too long. We left for one night and I forgot about the house guards. I noticed that the 5 year old didn't exercise at all that night and the 7 year old didn't exercise much at all. So I actually think they help stop the grinding completely. I buy more for travel and a second home. They hold up well too.
