My Accord won't start after a quick shutdown. Talk about real pain c. at a gas station. I had to wait 5 minutes to get started which sometimes annoyed the people queuing behind me. Fuel filter changed several times but the problem has not gone away. After reading Honda's message boards I decided to buy a relay. It was easy to install. I just pulled the old one out and put the new one in. 5 minutes and it solved my problem. The Accord is ready to drive another 350,000 miles.
