I seriously doubt this product is made by Monroe. The case is not marked in any way by the manufacturer. Just a sticker with numbers. Bought two dampers. One had a bushing and nuts, the other didn't. Large manufacturers rarely make such mistakes. The shock that had parts in the nose did not have a lock nut.
