The company listed in the privacy policy is called Wuhan Smartdata but no contact information is available online. The name listed at the end of the app is from another robotic vacuum company that claims to be unrelated to Lydsto. The product itself seems good enough but with no support I had to return the product. By the way, the robot was smaller than expected, and since the robot doesn't sit in the dock, its footprint is quite long.
