I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase. I used it a maximum of four times before it stopped working. It's something I haven't used much, but now I don't have a product return/support window. I'm a teacher and was hoping this would be a way to play a movie for a "class prize" or in the room for a change. It only worked 4 times before it stopped working, although I kept it in a safe place. I'm so disappointed and to be honest as an educator who loves his job but doesn't make much money I'm really upset that I'm basically throwing away $25. :(
