Not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
I would like to give five stars because the concept is amazing. BUT there are two main problems. 1: The rotary handle is unwieldy and too short. Difficult to grab and turn. 2: Although it is written that it can be washed in the dishwasher when folded. Mine melted and cracked and I washed it on the top shelf. Luckily Amazon replaced it without question but it was still a hassle to box it up and take it to UPS and wait for a replacement when I washed it as advertised. But I'm grateful they replaced it for me. I will not wash this in the dishwasher!
