Great product, a pleasure to use.

I got what I wanted and am happy with everything. I installed it as a system disk, and left the old screw (by the way, Barracuda 7200 has been in operation since 2022 - this is information for WD adherents) as storage. I didn’t test anything, because the best tester is “organoleptic”, although it is subjective and on its scale there are only two divisions “comfortable - not comfortable”, but that’s enough for me.

Pros

Fast booting of the system and in general everything happens faster than with a conventional screw. Has an ambient temperature (well, a little higher).

Cons

I probably read too many rave reviews about the advantages of ssd over hdd, and therefore the reality seemed to me not so enchanting. Yes, the system is loaded in about 15 seconds, yes, everything works faster than with a spinning hard drive, but not so much AH! CAN'T BE!
