By happy coincidence, I received my ice cream storage containers the same day I made a batch of ice cream. I find the long narrow container makes better use of the space in my freezer, and, makes scooping easier. I can't tell you how long it keeps ice cream in good condition, as I tend to eat it up pretty quickly! However, it has double-wall construction and the lid fits tightly, so I expect it will be quite satisfactory. I'm glad I bought a 2-pack (which stack nicely) because summer has just begun, and I like to make complimentary flavors. Did I mention that I have a weakness for ice cream?
