They will look tiny when you open the package but trust the stretch! A little bit goes a long way.These did a great job shaping. After 2 kids (currently 6 months postpartum) I have quite a bit of loose skin and this sucked it all in and kept it in place. For reference, I am 5’8” and 165lbs and I ordered a large.I am short-waisted so these came all the way up to the bottom of my bra and could’ve gone higher. I’m not upset about it though because as soon as I tried to scoot it down, the top started rolling. If I kept it all the way at my bra, it didn’t roll at all.Like with all Spanx, they are comfortable when you wear them but as soon as you take them off you realize just how tight they are.
