This product works well but cleaning is not possible. I have followed the directions and mold and mildew are still starting to appear. I empty the basin and water tank daily and disinfect it with vinegar once a week. I've only been using it for a few weeks and thought everything was fine. Today when I was disinfecting, I looked at the fog hole in the middle of the water tank and mold and mildew are growing at the bottom of the hole. Mind you, as I said, I used to soak in vinegar once a week. But the design of this item makes it impossible for anything to get in there to clear the vegetation. The problem also lies in the water tank. Growth also occurs with weekly vinegar baths. I didn't know to this day when I tried to clean another area and stuck my finger in the opening of the water tank and it turned out to be covered in mold. This item will be used for my nursery! I am very unhappy and disappointed that this item cannot be disassembled to be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned.
