Review on Steel samovar Kelly Kettle Base Camp Steel, 1.6 l by Dorota Rabczewska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

In general, you can bet on anything, but remember that the stand also gets hot - for example, if you put it on a stump, it can char. So it's better to put something like that just in case. And in winter, if you don’t put the ground, then it melts the ice, moreover, unevenly - I almost collapsed once, be careful. Has pros: Thing! It boils water quickly, in this model now they also added a whistle (green, before there was an orange cork that had to be taken out), the draft is excellent even in winter due to the shape. Safe (well, how safe can any object associated with an open fire be - you obviously shouldn’t bring your face over a boiling samovar, flames can escape at any moment) - everything is inside, sparks do not fly, in general, beauty. The handle is interestingly designed with a chain - of course, a normal one would be more convenient, but as I understand it, not with such a temperature, and I would have increased the size even more. It really works on a lot of things - I won’t say that it’s right on everything, in summer, maybe, and in general you can throw anything under your feet, but in winter the branches are wet, so I had to find dry pieces of wood. And so the cardboard burned, and fir cones. The stand is comfortable. Got cons: Healthy, of course, but here it is clear why, the size is justified. The price is horsey - but for my taste, it's worth it, taking into account the reputation of the manufacturer (a samovar of a more or less similar design can be found cheaper, only it will burn out in a month / six months / a year with a high probability, I read a lot of such reviews) .
