Affordable alternative to long leashes for dog training.

Ideal for my purpose. Some of my dogs don't like each other and want to fight. Needless to say, I take no chances and keep them separate; but I train them at the same time, in front of each other, hoping I can control them better. I used this to make LONG leashes for my dogs. I cut it off with a knife, heated the ends over a fire to keep them from fraying, and attached clips to either end. Then I place the dogs around my training area. If they don't obey the order to stay at the border, I can be sure they won't get very far. I exercise in the garden to get a lot of distraction. Long leads are a good tool for learning callback commands. I wouldn't leave "linens" in the weather because weather degrades them. Due to their low weight, they are easy to store. Also for those of you who are judgmental. I do not "tie" my dogs. I use it as a safety net for training and love it as a much cheaper alternative to pre-made long leashes.
