reviews are correct. This accessory must be included with all electric toothbrushes! I have a few concerns which is why I didn't give 5 stars. It doesn't feel durable and looks a bit cheap, but it's a piece of plastic after all, so I wasn't expecting much. Another thing, it would be great if there were little holes on either side for the cord - for me, as you can see from the picture, it's a little strange to me that the toothbrush heads look to the side just because I can't do much with that Cable (You can only mount the heads in a certain direction). Although this is not a major inconvenience.
