I worked with this team at my previous job, they are fantastic to work with! They were very flexible about working around our holiday schedule and always made time for us during our busy days. The platform was easy to navigate and we could build out as much or little functionality as needed. It is so much better than a traditional website, you can do everything from store inventory to provide customer service without having to hire an outside agency (which saves tons of money). Sometimes it would be difficult to get answers quickly when there was no one available in the office. We did not have any issues but if that happens then make sure you take advantage of their support system as soon as possible. We solved many problems by using this software including solving product information storage needs, managing orders/fulfillment, providing great customer experience through chat and email notifications.
