Bright, beautiful towels, but pay attention to washing.

Edit: I'm deducting a star. I said they don't fade because I washed each color separately more than once and rinsed them separately with vinegar to ensure the color sets and they soften and there doesn't seem to be any issues. So I went ahead and started washing the colors together and unfortunately found that they were NOT colorfast. In this batch there were only towels from this manufacturer. I hope Oxyclean fixes them, but I don't know what I'll do if it doesn't. I'm happy with that. They're thicker than a flower bag, but not made of terry cloth. They are dented from the dryer but not crushed and hang well. The colors remain beautiful and lasting. They're a bit stiff so didn't break, but get better with every wash. The absorbency is what you would expect from light colored towels. Good enough to dry my hands but not what I would use to dry dishes. They have too much dye to be as absorbent as white towels. I have a quilt in two colors and I am happy with both because they add color to the kitchen. I received several solid colors in the same style and style and returned them. They were stiffer and rougher, with more wrinkles and shrinkage. But these blankets are good and get better with every wash. By the way, do not use fabric softener on towels. This makes them less absorbent.
