The company does not stand behind its product
The fan works very well at first. I bought two fans a few months ago and installed them three months ago. Well, one works fine, the other is broken. Contacted Revain said return policy has expired. So they put me in touch with a company that makes a fan. So far they haven't done anything for me. Tell me they will send a new control box. But I should receive it in about 7-10 days, more than a month has passed and I haven't received it. I'm not even sure I know how to set up a control panel so they send me safely. Do not buy this product!
