Great product with great features
This is our second StarTech product. They all work great. USB 3.1 and 3.0 connections are very stable. StarTech's quality over the past 4 years has built our confidence in their solutions, which is why we plan to continue purchasing their products. Our other product from StarTech was a USB 3.0 Dual External Hard Drive Enclosure, which also works very well. This device replaced a similar, lower-quality product with a Thermaltake Duet hard drive docking station that kept disconnecting and causing file system errors.
