Review on Code & Pepper by Dave Hersma

We used to use it as an online ticketing system, but we recently started using it in our office too! It's easy to set up, easy to customize, pretty intuitive and very well documented. I like that you can easily create your own fields or even add new ones if needed. The support is great. They are always happy to help with any question, no matter how simple or complex. Sometimes there might be some lag time when adding data from other sources (like Excel) into it. If you need something flexible and customizable then this software will definitely fit your needs perfectly. As mentioned above, it was initially meant to only work through their website. But now they have released an app which makes things easier for us. Our sales team uses this tool in order to track leads and follow-ups of clients.
