We used to use it as an online ticketing system, but we recently started using it in our office too! It's easy to set up, easy to customize, pretty intuitive and very well documented. I like that you can easily create your own fields or even add new ones if needed. The support is great. They are always happy to help with any question, no matter how simple or complex. Sometimes there might be some lag time when adding data from other sources (like Excel) into it.
